On February 4, 2010, a hearing committee of the Professional Conduct Committee, established under the Teaching Profession Act, found that Brian Douglas Nickel engaged in unprofessional conduct. The hearing committee declared that Brian Douglas Nickel is ineligible for membership in the Alberta Teachers’ Association.

On February 25, 2010, a hearing committee of the Professional Conduct Committee, established under the Teaching Profession Act, found that Leonard Herbert Lethebe engaged in unprofessional conduct. The hearing committee declared that Leonard Herbert Lethebe is ineligible for membership in the Alberta Teachers’ Association.
